Clown World: CryptoDickbutts NFT project is up 690% on Sunday

An NFT project called CryptoDickbutts is currently surging on the Ethereum network, with daily trading volume up 690% on Sunday. This comes as a bit of a surprise, as the project consists solely of tokenized "dickbutt" NFTs, which usually wouldn't be considered very valuable assets.

However, it seems that the Dickbutts have found a new home on the Ethereum blockchain, where they have become a popular collection among NFT enthusiasts. The project is now ranked No. 6 on OpenSea, ahead of other notable collections such as Goblintown, Cool Cats, and Art Blocks.

So what exactly are the Dickbutts? They were originally created by comic book artist K.C. Green in 2006, and quickly became a recognizable part of internet culture thanks to their frequent appearances in memes on social media platforms like Reddit.

If you weren't sure that we're living in the clown world, the current popularity of the Dickbutts should be all the confirmation you need. But at least we can take solace in the fact that, even in these dark times, you can still make a quick profit by flipping digital dickbutt tokens.

Coca-Cola sends out special collectibles on Polygon

Coke is known for its sugary beverages and unhealthy ingredients. But now, the company is encouraging people to celebrate International Friendship Day by sharing a digital collectible featuring a design inspired by the bubbles inside a Coke bottle.

The collectible was "airdropped" to the digital wallets of existing Coca-Cola collectible owners on July 30. The lucky recipients can "share a second International Friendship Day collectible with a friend to build the brand’s community of fans on the open blockchain."

So if you're looking for a way to celebrate International Friendship Day, why not do it with a sugary beverage that's bad for your health? Thanks, Coke!

Instagram rolls out support for NFTs

NFTs are all the rage these days, and it looks like Instagram is getting in on the action. The social media platform announced that it is expanding its NFT initiative internationally to more than 100 countries. Instagram is also adding support for NFTs created on the Flow blockchain.

As a result of this news, the FLOW token is up nearly 50% over the past couple of days. Most of this rise has come since Meta's announcement. FLOW is a token that is used on the Flow blockchain. This blockchain is designed for gaming and other forms of digital entertainment. So it's not surprising to see the token pumping after Instagram's announcement.

It will be interesting to see how this all plays out. Will more people start using NFTs on Instagram? And will the Flow blockchain become a major player in the world of digital entertainment? So far, it's clear that Instagram is trying hard to cash in on the NFT craze, however, it remains to be seen whether this will be a successful endeavor.
